Production of magazine review:

I have currently researched into Niche film magazines, this because I have established that my independent film would not be distributed commercially. Therefore my research went in to independent Niche magazines like the ones below. I have analysed these in order to help me with the production of my own magazine.



This magazine is called 'Littlewhitelies'. This magazine really attracted me because it is abstract and postmodern. This suits the genre of my film perfectly. This is because this magazine abstractly represents Niche films. I also liked the way the front cover is simplistic but it still portrays a bold representation. I believe this certain magazine would portray my short film well.

I have also researched into the main task which is the film review spread. This magazine successfully distributes reviews of certain films. I will begin to create my magazine in Adobe InDesign which is a software that I am familiar with due to my AS coursework.
